Finalists, winners, citations and presentation tools

Once judging is complete, go to Admin → Tools → Calc Final Scores to compute final scores from judges' raw scores (uses whichever consolidation method is set on the Program page).

If your program uses a finalist-review phase, lead judges/chairpersons review nominees under Review Nominees, then admins see a summary at Admin → Judging → (via "Review Nominations" when open). Winner Nomination follows: lead judges, chairpersons and admins nominate winners per category at Winner Nomination on the main menu.

For programs with headline/overall categories that draw from category winners, see Admin → Judging → Headline Winners. For state/territory-based awards, Admin → Tools → Get State Finalists and Calc Best State.

Presentation-night tools, all under Admin → Tools:

• Entry Text: AI-drafted narrative text about each entry/finalist, editable, bulk save/delete/regenerate.
• Citations: AI-drafted winner citations (by category, headline, or state), exportable to Word.
• Finalist VO Script: an editable voice-over script for reading out finalists on the night, exportable to Word.
• Category Documents: generate Word/PDF documents summarising categories, criteria and questions.
• Media Export: background export of accepted entries' photos/video/audio as a zip, for PR/media use.
