Wildcard nomination

"Wildcard Nomination" lets you put forward an entry that wasn't selected as a finalist through the normal process, if you genuinely think it deserves another look. A chairperson can nominate across any category open for review; a judge can nominate from categories they scored in.

This is separate from Review Nominees, which is for asking a lead judge/chairperson to re-check an existing decision rather than actively championing an entry as a contender in its own right.
