Choosing a score consolidation method Go to Admin → Program , in the Scoring section. This controls how multiple judges' raw scores on one entry combine into that entry's final score: Moderated : normalises for harsh vs. lenient judges before combining (recommended when judges may score on different scales). This is the default. Simple average : a plain mean of judges' scores, no normalisation. Average, expressed out of 100 : a plain mean, rescaled to a /100 result. Sum : adds every criterion's score together rather than weighting them. If your program has any custom AI-built consolidation methods approved (via Ask EntryHead), they appear in the same dropdown alongside the built-in ones, marked "(AI)".
