Built-in reports The Reports menu (Admin → Reports) already includes: Active Users, All Entry Data, Results, Finalist Release, Entries by Category, Finalised Unpaid, Paid Unfinalised, Feedback Results, plus a Financials submenu: Financial Summary, Payments Received, Outstanding / Aged Debtors, Revenue by Category, Discounts Applied, GST/Tax, and Refunds. All support an on-screen view and CSV/XLSX export; financial reports take a date range. Before building a new report, check whether one of these already answers the question. Only build a new AI report when the admin needs a specific slice/combination not covered above.
